Fabio Padovano

Fabio Padovano is Professor of Economics and Director of the Condorcet Center for Political Economy at the University of Rennes 1. He holds a Ph.D. in Economics from George mason University, where he was research assistant to prof. James Buchanan, Nobel laureate, and in Quantitative Methods from the Sapienza university of Rome. He has been president of the European Public Choice Society. His research interests are in public choice, political economics, law and economics (especially legislative production and judicial institutions), public finance and economics of arts and culture.
